Gentle trauma informed counselling
A safe space to slow down, explore and gently heal
Counselling offers a space to slow down and gently explore what's been feeling difficult, overwhelming or hard to make sense of.

You might be feeling stuck, disconnected or noticing patterns in your relationships, work or the way you relate to yourself. You don't need to have everything figured out before you come this is a space where we can begin wherever you are.
My approach is trauma-informed, which means we work at a pace that feels safe to you. There is no pressure to share anything before you are ready Together, we can begin to understand what’s underneath the patterns you’re experiencing and gently explore new ways of relating to yourself and your life.
As a qualified practitioner, I can weave practical CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) tools into our work, tailoring them according to your unique needs and preferences. This allows us to gently look at any thought patterns that might be keeping you stuck, while building supportive, real-world coping strategies..

Alongside talking and CBT I may draw on elements of mindfulness or body awareness if it feels supportive helping you to build a greater sense of safety and regulation within yourself.
Overtime this work can help you to feel more connected, more grounded and more able to move forward with a greater sense of ease.
